We offer a 1-year warranty on ALL replacements that we install in your vehicle. Your safety and satisfaction is our highest priority.
(Our warranty does NOT include replacing items that aged naturally due to use, such as used oil filters, worn brakes, etc.)

our Step by step process
1. Book your service using our booking page! You will first select your primary service (oil change, brakes, or battery replacement). Use our add-on menu to select additional services (tire rotation, a quick vacuum, and more!).
2. Choose your day and time. Please keep in mind: Our tech will need access to your car and your vehicle keys for the duration of the appointment, so please book a day and time that is conducive for your schedule.

3. Input your information using our booking form. Be sure to include the correct year, make, and model of your vehicle so we can arrive with the correct parts. Please also add the correct address for where you want the service to take place. We can complete services at your home or business, so choose whatever option works best for you!
4. Click "Submit". For brake replacement services or if you request specialty parts when booking, you can expect a tech to call you with quote PRIOR to parts being purchased.
5. The day of the appointment means our tech will arrive at your address and contact you to say hello and access your keys. This is a great time to ask questions or point out anything you would like the tech to look at! Payment will be collected at the end of the service, and an invoice will be provided electronically.

Question: How do I request that a specialty part (EX: high performance brakes) be used during the service?
Answer: Please add a note that you would like specialty items used on your vehicle when you make your booking. Our tech will call you to discuss cost, ordering, etc.
Question: What if there is not an appointment time that works for my schedule?
Answer: We have after-hours appointments available by special request only. Give us a call at 360-210-3166 to check availability.
Question: How do I reschedule my appointment?
Answer: Please use your confirmation email to access your original appointment and re-book. We kindly ask you let as know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rebook. Thank you!
Question: Can I book an appointment for two or more of my vehicles in one day?
Answer: Yes! We would be happy to service multiple vehicles in the same day. The best way to do this is to book back-to-back appointments for each of your vehicles, and we will bring all of the necessary items for them. If there are not back-to-back appointments available, feel free to book your cars on different days and we would be happy to stop by again.
